The Event of the Year
Gaming Awards 2008

The International Gaming Awards 2008 is more than fine dining, spectacular entertainment and pure pleasure; it is the most memorable evening of the year with its main focus to support truly deserving charities: Care International and Macmillan Cancer Support.

International Gaming Awards is a fantastic opportunity for all organizations, associations, manufactures and operators to join together to help those less fortunate than ourselves that need a helping hand.

CARE International is one of the world’s top three aid agencies, fighting poverty and injustice in 70 countries around the world and helping 48 million people each year to find routes out of poverty.

Macmillan Cancer Support improves the lives of people affected by cancer. They provide practical, medical, emotional and financial support and campaign for better cancer care.

We would like to give a special thank you to Group Partouche for the winning bid in our auction for the Ralph Steadman painting of £4,700 to support Care International.
We would also like to thank Opera House Casino for their kind donation to both of our charities.

The event is not only to support charities but to celebrate the Gaming Industry and its wonderful achievements throughout the year, and is the perfect opportunity to network with the industry and celebrate excellence.
These are our Oscars, when we get the chance to publicly recognise the wonderful achievements of some of the people and companies over the year.
